We settled a case for a client who was rear ended.-
$1.4 million recovered for a client who was rear ended by an 18 Wheeler
on highway 225 in Pasadena, Texas. The client sustained low back injuries which required low back surgery.
The net recovery for client was $500,000.
A worker was injured at a refinery after debris and tools fell on him.-
$550K recovered for a worker who was injured at a refinery after tools
and debris fell on him from a 30 foot platform. The client’s net recovery was $210,000.
A warehouse worker fell from a 10 ft. platform.-
$350k recovered for a warehouse worker who fell from a 10 ft. platform. The employee suffered multiple facial fractures. The net recovery for
the client was $200,000.
18 wheeler made an unsafe lane change and rear-ended our client.-
Client sustained multiple disc herniations in his neck and back which resulted
in a surgery recommendation after steroid injections did not offer relief.
Client declined surgery at this time. After attorney fees, medical bills
and expenses the client received $87,345.29.
Client is a port worker that was injured on the job.-
Due to another worker’s negligence, client suffered multiple disc
protrusions and a tear in his shoulder. Client received extensive physical
therapy and shoulder repair surgery was recommended but not performed.
After attorney fees, workers compensation lien, medical bills and expenses
the client received $62,301.69.
Client was struck after another vehicle failed to yield at a stop sign-
Client suffered an injury to her wrist and had multiple surgeries to repair
the damage. She required extensive physical therapy. Attorney fees and
expenses were $47,799.61.
